We are a volunteer based, not for profit, prostate cancer support group. We provide support and education for newly-diagnosed men and their partners. We offer help to men and their families who are diagnosed with prostate cancer, through fellowship, peer counseling, education and support. Two major goals of PCCN Brampton are to:
- support all men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
- increase awareness of prostate cancer within our community, including encouraging all men 40 years of age and older to undergo annual PSA blood tests and digital rectal exams.
An estimated one in seven men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer within his lifetime. Early detection can save your life.
